Rapid prototyping

At HP3D we have the abilities to get your prototype into production at short notice providing you have got a CAD file of your design ready to go. Do not worry if you haven’t however, with our excellent CAD software knowledge we can take your drawings and turn them into the digital format we need in great time. We can cater for products up to a maximum size of 255mmX255mmX255mm however cuts and joins can be made if the part design allows. We generally use a basic PLA for initial prototypes and proofs of concept and we can move to more advanced materials and colours when/if required to.

We can reliably guarantee a tolerance of ±0.5mm from customer provided files however if time allows and drawings are provided we bring this down significantly.
